Where are Schulz bikes made?

All Shulz bikes are made in Asia at the same factories producing folding bicycles for world’s leading brands. We design each of our models from scratch to materialize our vision of what a modern, urban bicycle should look and feel like. We have a strict production control policy to ensure quality builds.

Is it possible to take a folding bike on public transport?

Folding bikes are primarily made to fold to be taken on a bus or metro ride, although, a cover is required for a bicycle if taken as luggage on public transport. Some Shulz bikes are sold with a cover, if not, a cover is available for purchase at our shop and online. A bicycle cover will protect your clothes and articles from grease and dirt and will make carrying the bike a breeze.

Will Shulz bike fit a trunk?

Definitely! Our bikes will fit in most cars when folded. Check our folded dimensions at our website or in the technical sheet for your bike of choice.

All Shulz bikes come in one size. Will it suit me?

Shulz bikes are meant to be used by adults. An adjustable seat and bars allow for a wide range of settings to comfort you. Some of our bikes are suitable for kids over 12.

Is it easy to service the bike?

All components used on our bikes are standard and available off the shelf at most bike shops. Maintenance is simple and regular servicing can be done anywhere.

Where I can use Shulz bikes?

Shulz bikes are urban by breed and are meant to be used as everyday city rides. But, we also field-test our models in the harsh, real-life conditions of the rental shop we have run since 2005. So don’t get us wrong, you can also use them to ride a trail in the park, or on a forest path.

Why Shulz?

Some people have the false impression that Shulz bikes are made in Germany. It is not true, our team designs them in St. Petersburg. The Shulz name comes from the student-dorm days nickname of the marque Founder.

What about the Shulz warranty?

All Shulz bikes are covered by a one year warranty as long as the bike is used as intended. Shulz owners in St. Petersburg are also privileged with a bonus of three years of free service.
